Shipping and Tariffs

  • Orders will take up to 5 business days to ship. Pre-order items will take 4-5 weeks to ship for non-USA customers and 4-6 weeks to ship for USA customers. In rare cases more time will be taken.
  • If you order a [PRE-ORDER] or [BACK-ORDER] item, your whole order will not ship until the missing items are in stock even if you ordered in-stock items.
  • Maison de Miu is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
  • To avoid the new tariffs under the Trump administration, all USA orders will ship from our USA distribution warehouse in Ohio.
  • We are able to ship to Europe as we ship through our manufacturer who has GPSR credentials. Please note that we are not responsible for any tariffs or taxes you might pay. 
  • For countries other than the USA, we will ship from China or Canada and the customer is responsible for relevant tariffs, duties, and taxes.
  • Yanwen post is used for all orders shipping from China. USPS is used for all orders shipping from USA. Canadian orders may be fulfilled by ChitChats from Canada or Yanwen post from China. All shipments will be tracked. There is a small chance of using another shipping service.
